Student Program

The purpose of the Student Program is to encourage the active participation of students in NURETH-16 by submitting high quality technical papers on the various aspects of nuclear thermal-hydraulics. NURETH-16 will award up to 10 travel fellowships (up to $500 for travel expenses) for the top student papers, undergraduate or graduate.

To qualify for the program, the student must be the first author of a full length paper that has been accepted into one of the NURETH-16 technical tracks. Full-length papers will be peer reviewed with the same criteria as any other submitted paper and published in the NURETH-16 Proceedings. Students participating in this program will be expected to present their technical paper during the appropriate NURETH-16 technical session. All authors will present their papers in English. About 25 minutes will be allotted for each paper. The student author presenting the work is required to register for the meeting.
